Item 1 - Make your own sock snail kit. Never been opened or used in anyway, so is in perfect brand new condition.

Made my www.sock-creatures.co.uk. Kit contains socks, needle and thread, stuffing and everything else your child needs to create their very own sock snail. Retail cost ?12 but happy to take ?7 for quick cash collection from Honor Oak Park.

Item 2 - Brand new, never been used 'My crazy inventions sketchbook' by Andrew Rae and Lisa Regan. Book contains 50 great drawing activities for young inventors. Bought for ?9.95. Happy to sell for ?5 cash for quick collection from Honor Oak Park.

  You have to use the right extinguisher for the type of fire - water/foam not to be used for live electrical fires for example. A quick Google says powder extinguishers can be used on the most different types of fire. In a public/commercial setting fire extinguishers have to be serviced every year. Not sure the recommendation for residential ones, but when you buy extinguishers and fire blankets check if there's an expiry date.

  Thanks, yes I need the y piece for the water to go to IN both washing machine AND the dishwasher but the y piece doesn’t fit on the B yellow pipe… I’m not worried about the waste pipe for now, I’m just concerned about the supply to get water in to both appliances

  Not sure about the word “input” - do you mean outflow / waste ? Red figure A looks like the sink overflow. If B is the washing machine outflow then that’s where you want your Y fitting. ( assuming all above conjecture is correct). I’d put a cap on that chrome threaded dead connection too. Don’t just rely on the valve. It all looks a bit of a mess TBH 🫣.
