Green pegeut with broken window melbourne grove

As the title suggests there is a green pegeot (have no idea how to spell that) on mebopurne grove, about half way down, with a rear side window smashed. The numberplate starts HY I think. Just thought I'd try posting on here incase it's yours or you know whose it might be.

Should I report it on-line to the police?

I've just Pm'd Sophie as I think this could be my car, I'm currently stuck at work and am meant to be staying up in town this evening so if anyone is able to confirm the reg number incase Sophie isn't able to respond so I know whether I have to come home and deal with it I'd be very grateful!
