how can i find owners of land?

anyone got any idea how to start. theres this piece of land, was bought 50 years ago by 3 people, they've long since moved on, I never knew them. now its an overgrown dumping ground. how can I find out who has responsibility for it? any ideas advice welcome.

thanks that's what I did and got these 3 names nut no idea how to get hold of them if they are still alive.
