As an existing Virgin customer I was today offered BT Sport as an add-on for either 6 months free providing I went on to a new 12 month contract with Virgin for their TV/Phone/Broadband service, or keep my existing rolling monthly contract and pay ?5 a month extra for 6 months. With the latter I can opt out at anytime within the 6 months without penalty...

I'm with Virgin and it's included in my package. I'm supposedly not paying for it, but I am of course. It's about time to say I'm leaving them again. Hopefully get a discount.

Yep, it's always worth ringing them to see what's on offer, and as you say, threatening to leave always throws up a 'special offer'... :)
