Recommendations please for Builder/decorator

Hi there,

We are looking for recommendations for a builder who would repair a Gable wall that has a crack in it and completely decorate the outside of a building. We are also looking for the same person if possible to completely decorate the inside of the communal areas - walls, ceilings and woodwork.

We would prefer to use a registered company and want to stay away from cowboy builders!!

  I think it's in a pretty dangerous position, so amazed the Police or parking authorities haven't removed it. It's illegal to park on the zigzag markings by a crossing and for very good reasons, so actually being in the middle of the crossing is far worse...

  Because much of the assets have already been stripped and the big dividends already paid out. The big money has been made. The costs going forward to repair the failing infrastructure is going to be huge and the that cost could fall to the taxpayer.
