?800 worth of free mobile phone insurance, 10% off all Apple products, up to 8% off your weekly shop (incl. Sainsbury?s, Tesco?s, M&S), Dulwich Picture House tickets for ?6, a FREE Caf? Nero drink every month, ?30 off Made.com, ?5 off Deliveroo, 54% off all Merlin attractions, and exclusive access to a wellness platform which includes weekly workouts and recipes.

If you?re an employer (or even work for yourself), we?re offering all the above plus hundreds more perks for ?4.50 per employee per month via the Perkbox platform (www.perkbox.com).

We are a workplace pension consultancy (based in Bank and Forest Hill) who have teamed-up with Perkbox to deliver this platform for you. If you have up to 249 employees, you will be able to access the same platform of perks for over 50% less than if you went directly to Perkbox. If you don?t believe us, you can ask them yourself. How is this possible? We look after 9000 employees? pension pots and so we buy these perks in bulk and pass that cost-saving onto them. We?re letting you in on this deal. There is no catch.

We can set you up on the platform within 24 hours of your enquiry. Please see our attached FAQ for more information. Alternatively, call us on 0333 011 22 00 or email [email protected] www.houseofpensions.com

    • Anywhere near the Overground/Windrush due to its excellent transport links.  You will get larger place in SE23 for example that will give you enough spare cash for private school if that's what you really want but states schools generally good, reflecting the demographic  Easy to get to the bustling streets of East Dulwich but in ten years see what happens to Forest Hill centre.  The whole of the area is full of green spaces. Access to East Croydon for days out in the South Coast
    • Could East Dulwich or Forest Hill work? Some properties on Underhill Road and Wood Vale have large gardens e.g.  https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/161079866#/?channel=RES_BUY  You'd be close to the Horniman, Dulwich Park and Peckham Rye. Transport might not be what you're looking for though e.g. a 15 minute walk to Forest Hill station for the East London line or mainline into London Bridge.
    • I would leave London, or at a push move back to north London. In SE London if you want to get away in a car you are trapped, always an hour to go the first 10 miles, chugging up to the M4 or round the south circular, which is really just a line someone drew connecting a load of roads. and I know there are trains but first you have to get to those mainline stations, unless you only want to leave London to go to Kent. which I don't.
    • It was you who  made it personal in the first place,  Jazzer. You said you didn't feel safe in the streets,  and you said you didn't go to Central London because you didn't feel safe there. So are you now saying that wasn't "personal"? "Fire from the hip." Another interesting choice of words 🙄 I'm not "demanding" anything! I asked you some perfectly reasonable questions in  response to your own statements. None of which you have answered. Never mind. It seems to be pointless having a discussion with you. It's long past my bedtime. I'm going to turn on my sleep app  and go to sleep 😴💤
