Gardener wanted to lay felt mesh and pebble borders

Hi

We have two long borders which have mature planting but we struggle with the volume of weeds. We had mulch down last year but most of that has gone now looking online the best solution seems to be putting down a protective membrane and then larger style Scottish beach Peebles so looks nice and if they fall out they are easier to see on lawn than gravel. I can source materials but looking for someone to tidy out borders then lay the mesh and pebbles. We are in Sydenham
