Goldfinch mini nyjer seed feeder.

It's this one from RSPB:

It's been used and doesn't come with seeds. But it's free.

Collection from Forest Hill.

(NB: Goldfinches seem very happy to feed from it, but as it's a mini size it does need to be filled up quite regularly.)
