My practical antenatal workshop, Prep for Baby is starts on Wednesday 12th April from 6-9pm at Mothers Inc 124 Forest Hill Rd SE22 0RS. Spaces available.

The workshop will give you all the practical skills you need for when your baby arrives.

*Winding your baby

*Newborn Sleep - where, when and how much

*Swaddling

*Packing your changing bag

*Feeding your new baby
