Hello

I'm looking for a 2 bed property to rent. I'm a TV producer and software developer. My partner is a carpenter and our daughter is almost 2. We've been renting close to Bellenden Road for 3 years but our landlord has decided to sell the property, and we have to stay in the area because our childminder is in Nunhead.

We are available to move from the end of April, and we have are looking for a maximum budget of ?1400.

My partner has maintained this flat for our landlord which has kept her costs down.

I think it is also worth saying, in light of the recent Panorama programme, that we, at No-Flies, are completely independent and do not have referral arrangements with solicitors or surveyors. We believe that both buyers and sellers should be free to make their own choices on who they wish to instruct - though we are happy to provide recommendations and will try to warn people off firms with whom we have had previous bad experiences.
