Hello, I have been meaning to do this for ages. I'd like to recommend Mark Vowles as a brilliant IT/computer/laptop support person, who also does hosting and emails and web stuff.

I literally have not yet found a problem he can't fix; he is super-secure, loves a challenge and is very kind and can explain things. He does small businesses and individuals. He is very responsive and apparently never sleeps - my friend lost all her emails on a Friday night, and Mark was there helping her out within an hour.
