Benefits: 1 minute from Peckham rye park, easy transport links. Really good rent and fortnightly cleaner. 3 male housemates, one creative therapist, one events manager and one mature student. House comprises of living room, 2 bathrooms, small garden,entirely renovated new kitchen. Move in date within the next month and a half.
