Hours: Monday-Thursday 9.30-5.30 Job Role: Sales Administrator The role covers a broad spectrum of general office administration duties ranging from customer service to data entry. Applicants must have excellent customer service and communication skills, be self-motivated and possess a high standard of organisation. You will be responsible for: - Answering online customer queries - Answering the telephone - Processing returns - Warehouse liaison - Assisting with merchandising duties - Sage Accounts 50 admin - Raising invoices - Monitoring Office Supply Levels - Filing - General office admin We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, well organised with good interpersonal skills and an eye for detail.
