We have had a new kitchen and garden refurb done by T1 Construction. Assaf, Zolly and their team have been fantastic throughout. They are totally professional and calm and their team are highly skilled and really nice to have around. They were all quiet and gentle team of Hungarian builders. Their quote was the best and they got back straight away with a quote when some didn't even bother. They were recommended through an architect we were using so they worked well together. Assaf deals with the business and Zolly deals with the team so it was nice to have two owners each with their specialism to deal with so the building side and money side didn't get muddled. Either Assaf or Zolly would be passing through on site every day and always available so we could always discuss anything with them. They have done great work with good finish and really listened to what we wanted, anything that wasn't right they easily changed. We would highly recommend them and would use them again.

    • This is precisely why the government should impose the fines and order the work. It's a disgrace.
    • I am the original person who posted this post ! I said a pedestrian crossing as in where people cross at the coop  I should have said Lordship lane ( my mistake ) !
    • I think it's in a pretty dangerous position, so amazed the Police or parking authorities haven't removed it. It's illegal to park on the zigzag markings by a crossing and for very good reasons, so actually being in the middle of the crossing is far worse...
