DadOf4
I'll let the pictures do the talkingwhilst I understand that clamping is a useful tool for untaxed cars, whatever sort of c**kwomble thought it would be a good idea to clamp this car in its current position? Its been there for a couple of weeksI've logged an abandoned vehicle report with Southwark, just waiting for them to come back and tell me that they cant do anything because its been clampedAssuming that is the case. Any suggestions ? Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/149970-clamped-car-townley-road/ Share on other sites

rupert45
If it's been clamped by DVLA as untaxed, they should uplift it. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/149970-clamped-car-townley-road/#findComment-1126989 Share on other sites

firth
I've noticed a few clamped cars recently that have been there for a few weeks. Is the car pound full ? kford
Some of the cars I've seen clamped are worth less than the fines/cost of tax, so I'd say they've realised it'll cost them more to remove, store and eventually scrap these vehicles.
