Belvita
Hi, just wondering if anyone has any knowledge of how busy the Denmark Hill - Clapham Junction train is in during rush hour times (this would be a school commute). Not easy to see for myself as I've other kids to get to school at that time, otherwise that would be simple. It would be for a Y7 child. Thank you in advance! MarianaTrench
Not overly busy. I see other kids commuting on that line around this time. You wouldn't be able to get a seat probably, but there is enough standing room. It's not like the train to Blackfriars where you have to fold yourself in to someone's armpit. bawdy-nan
37 route is pretty ok as an alternative (up to about 7.45) Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/150028-denmark-hill-clapham-junction-school-commute/#findComment-1127709 Share on other sites
Belvita
Thanks for these replies - sounds like as good as a London commute could be at that time!
