RentalTrader Launches New Online Letting Service

LONDON, UK, December 2010: Rental Trader has announced the launch of its brand new website, www.rentaltrader.co.uk. With this site, Rental Trader brings more than 11 years of experience in the letting industry to the online world. This new Internet letting service aims to help landlords take control of letting out their properties privately without involving estate agents. The website allows landlords to register and advertise their property completely free, with the benefits of a one-stop-shop providing many additional services to suit their requirements.

The primary aim of RentalTrader.co.uk is to simplify the entire process of advertising a property for rent privately, relieving property owners of the hassle of dealing with estate agents and their fees, and shopping for all the necessary certificates, insurances, etc.

When advertising properties to rent privately, Landlords can upload up to twenty photographs and a complete description of their property, together with dates of availability, property features and contact details.

Customer satisfaction is the top priority of Rental Trader. It offers to provide Energy Performance and Gas Safety Certificates, credit checks, window banners, legal notices and tenancy agreements amongst other things. However, these are supplementary services and are optional. Landlords are not under any obligation to purchase them. The company also offers a choice of reliable contractors to take care of any renovation or refurbishments a landlord may require in order to maintain standards or raise the value of their property.

To improve the quality of the experience of potential tenants, RentalTrader.co.uk offers an easy-to-use interface. The website facilitates search through simple criteria, such as location, search radius, type and listing. It also offers details of the landlord, map, street view and local area facilities.

    • You might be interested in watching this video on you tube. It's from a wildlife gardener called Joel Ashton who regularly posts about his work in that area. Being interested in that kind of thing I follow him a lot. Anyway, a few days ago he posted about his plants being deliberately poisoned allegedly by his neighbour. He is going through the process of taking legal action and videoing this journey. There is another follow up which he posted a couple of days ago . It might be helpful to you. I think I should point out that the alleged culprit is not identified on the video so not breaking any privacy laws in sharing this.
