Where to buy fresh yeast?

Ocado sells it online, but I wouldn't want to do an online order just for some fresh yeast.

A deli in Brixton, under the railway arches, used to sell it, but it closed about a year ago.

Do you know of any other shop in the area that sells it?

You can get it from the bakery section in Sainsbury's

Polish deli on Streatham (Bartek-open 24hrs) has them. Cheap as well!

As for Sainsbury: do they sell it, or do they just give out a bit as a favour? I am told ASDA used to give it, but not any more.

Any Polish shop sells fresh yeast.

There is one in Lewisham and at Old Kent Road just past big Tesco.
