I would like to highly recommend Falcon Pest Control and the wonderful Grant. I have had rats and now mice under my floorboards. Whilst other pest control companies wouldn't take the floorboards up, Grant did it without hesitation. He is charming, courteous, an utter joy to deal with and cleans up after him. At the drop of a hat Grant has come round to deal with the rats and he does answer his phone at unusual hours ! I have recommended him to my friends who also think he's a wonder. He is exceptional and a very nice man. He has also done a few odd jobs around the house, so I cannot recommend him highly enough. He is very fair on pricing.   I think it's in a pretty dangerous position, so amazed the Police or parking authorities haven't removed it. It's illegal to park on the zigzag markings by a crossing and for very good reasons, so actually being in the middle of the crossing is far worse...

  Because much of the assets have already been stripped and the big dividends already paid out. The big money has been made. The costs going forward to repair the failing infrastructure is going to be huge and the that cost could fall to the taxpayer.
