Help with floating shelves

Hello. I am looking for help hanging 5 solid oak floating shelves on either side of the chimney breast. (3 one side 2 the other) The wall the shelves attached to is brick. I would like recommendations/quotes for a handy person who can do this job. Precision is essential - the shelves need to be exact distance apart and level! I can provide the Pdf instructions from suppliers in advance. Thanks.
