Electrician to fit landing light over stairs - house

Hi, is there an electrian available with ladders to fit a hanging light on the first floor landing (but hanging over the stairs) in a Victorian terrance home in East Dulwich near the Plough Pub. It requires a set of ladders which will work on stairs. Thanks
