i can't see the point of making a bid then not buying .no one made Chambers bid is this another member wasting time ???

So Chambers didn't actually let you down, he didn't have the address to come and collect the scales.

Maybe he doesn't realise his (or her) mailbox is full.

Why not just offer the scales to the second highest bidder if you must treat the forum like eBay, instead of slagging somebody off so publicly?
