Lawyer needed for Freeholder problems

We are looking for a lawyer to help make a disrepair claim to our freeholder, who has ignored our calls for structural repair work for the past years.

Would be grateful for anyone who may have recommend a local lawyer who has pursued a similar situation.

I don't know the details obviously, but would it be worth purchasing the freehold at this stage when the freeholder knows there are structural repair costs impending ? Litigation can be so expensive. Just a thought.
