My little one who is 19 weeks started rolling from his back onto his front recently (but has so far only rolled back again once!). Over the past couple of days he has started being sick when he's lay on his tummy having just rolled over - especially this morning when he was sick 3 or 4 times (each with a separate roll). It's only a bit but, as he's not otherwise a sicky baby, I just wondered if this happened with anyone else's babies?

Thanks

Thanks!

It's difficult to stop him as he's intent on rolling constantly at the moment and I certainly don't want to stifle him! It's partially digested milk (clotted...sorry if TMI) thats coming up. He's not phased by it anyway...just me!

As you know, mine was a sicky baby, but now his small spit ups usually (but not always) occur connected to tummy time, jumperoo or daddy throwing about time! Usually partly digested too and often just before he gets hungry again!

To give mine a break from tummy time I sit him up on the floor supported or on my knee and do 'seated' games, row your boat, songs while seated, playing with toys in the highchair etc! Acts as a good distraction!

    • As I understand it Charlie Smith did put himself forward for selection in GG but Labour members chose someone else to represent them, Liam McGrath https://southwarklabour.com/our-candidates/   It'll be interesting to see if there are other defections - surely the Greens want a drip, drip, drip of news from now to May suggesting the momentum is with them.
    • Thanks for your feedback - we always appreciate hearing from members about their experience. The pool temperature at JAGS Sports Club is maintained at 29oC, in line with industry guidelines for mixed-use pools.  This temperature has been designed to balance comfort for lane swimmers and families. Air temperature is also monitored regularly to ensure a comfortable environment for swimmers, spectators and staff. The shower Temperature Mixing Valves (TMVs) were changed in December to improve consistency, and we hope this has made a noticeable difference. If you would like to discuss your experience in more detail, please contact us directly at [email protected] or 020 8613 6500 and we'll be really happy to help.
    • One wonders if he would have defected if he had, ahem, held on to the leadership of Southwark and whether he felt that "Labour are no longer the vehicle for social justice" during his leadership election........my how quickly things change in the thoughts of a politician 😉 I think this sums things up quite nicely: A senior Southwark Labour spokesperson hit back: “Local residents can draw their own conclusions about Cllr McAsh’s swift move from Labour leadership hopeful to the Green Party, after he didn’t get his own way. While he’s thinking about his own career, Southwark Labour are delivering for residents.” One wonders if he will stand as a Green candidate in Goose Green.
    • No doubt if he determines to stand for a ward he will enlighten us - at least his track record is one of using this site to communicate (inter alia). I would suspect that (1) his personal views on traffic will have remained consistent but that (2) his views on local democracy and proper consultation will have as well.
