Is London Blackfriars Open Again?

I know it is almost too much to expect planned engineering works to finish when the authorities say they will, but does anyone know if Blackfriars station has opened again?

Planned opening date was 16th of Jan, and it is easier for me to go from here to Peckham than City Thameslink...
