Early literacy tutor needed in August

Our family is relocating to Herne Hill from the US in August, and our 5-year-old son, who's been in a Montessori pre-school, needs to do some literacy catch-up to get up to speed with his Year One peers. Anyone know an early literacy specialist who tutors in the area?

  Does anyone know if rescue places still look for foster homes for pregnant cats or cats with very new litters? All I can remember is that you must have a spare bedroom for the mum and litter.
