I can't help you with that but you can listen to the radio (BBC R4, R5Live, LBC, which are mainly speech-based) and watch TV and films, as well as reading the papers (some of which are free: Metro, Evening Standard, City AM). Just immerse yourself and avoid speaking your own language as much as possible. Listen to what people are saying on the bus and try to imitate them, or look up a word you don't know on your smartphone every time you hear one. Good luck.
