DIY Massage workshop & Lunch time Vegan Cafe at Space at 61 31st May

The V Spot is back at Space 61 on Wednesday 31st May with a lunch cafe and a Self Care DIY Facial Massage workshop with Amma Wellness.(More info about that below) The cafe will be open to general public from 11:30-3pm, there is a children's play area and we will have a full lunch menu of salads, sandwiches, flatbreads, cakes, brownies and more! Join us for a lovely afternoon of delicious food and a bit of self care for yourself!


The V Spot is kicking off the Self Care Series with Carly Pilnick St John of Amma Wellness.

Carly will lead a self-massage session including aromatherapy oils and benefits, a 2 course vegan lunch will be included and provided after the workshop.

Indulge in a self-massage workshop focusing on selfcare through face, head and neck massage pressure points

Head and face Massage is steeped in tradition, having been developed and passed down for generations, this holistic treatment offer?s benefits for the mind and body, restoring our Vital energy bringing about a sense of deep relaxation and rejuvenation working to stimulate the blood flow, toning and detoxing the face increasing blood circulation and tension relief, leaving the face noticeably more youthful.


The session will include pressure point facial massage techniques to stimulate circulation, clear energy and soothe nerve endings, relax muscles, improve skin texture, whilst lymph drainage techniques assist the removal of waste and a puffy appearance.


Participants will be encouraged to work alone using self-care massage techniques and in pairs learning valuable skills for a scalp and neck massage.


? Participants are encouraged to wear lose fitting clothing

? Happy to use massage oil on the face neck and hair

? Participants will take home a personalised Aromatherapy blend and self-care facial massage handouts.

The workshop is designed to bring about awareness of nurture and self-love, healing and body awareness.

    • How very dare you. Rest assured, if it were intended to be comedy, it would have been funny.
    • I hadn't looked at the actual posts on Instagram. That's sad, then. The shop opening hours are still shown at the top of the page. I  guess changing them wasn't uppermost in her mind under the circumstances.
    • I want to recommend the kitchen fitters Top Marx kitchens. They were excellent from the communication, the planning and the fitting. John did a fantastic job of of fitting and worked around and solved many of the issues we had with Ikea who we purchased from. John gave lots of helpful advice and support. We would definitely use them again for any kitchen work. I have added before and after photos.
