Life isn't always easy and sometimes we can feel overwhelmed and stressed by work and the constant routine of everyday life.


This retreat has been designed specifically for men to help reconnect them to their true self and break free from the corporate and social restraints that can affect confidence and wellbeing.


This retreat is an amazing opportunity for:

This is a retreat where men can feel comfortable embracing their own emotions away from the restraints of everyday life.

Breakfast


9.30am-11am: Opening Circle/ Meditation


Lunch


2pm-4pm: Group Exploration


5-6.30pm


Dinner: Group Exploration


9pm: Closing Circle/ Meditation

      I hadn't looked at the actual posts on Instagram. That's sad, then. The shop opening hours are still shown at the top of the page. IĀ  guess changing them wasn't uppermost in her mind under the circumstances.

      I want to recommend the kitchen fitters Top Marx kitchens. They were excellent from the communication, the planning and the fitting. John did a fantastic job of of fitting and worked around and solved many of the issues we had with Ikea who we purchased from. John gave lots of helpful advice and support. We would definitely use them again for any kitchen work. I have added before and after photos.
