I haven’t had a response re the December closure refund, or the current refunds. It shouldn’t take them this long to pause the standing orders and arrange the refunds. -

24th March was the first message saying it was closed due to the filtration issue. Well over two months now. I would like to think in this time, they might be taking the opportunity, whilst it's not being used, to do up the changing areas. Properly deep cleaning them, getting rid of all the mould and mildew, fixing broken showers, descaling them. I imagine that's wishful thinking. -
Thanks smith, appreciate the offer. I think I need to buy one I'll try and get a Blu-ray cheaply off eBay.. but if you want rid let me know!
