WANTED: someone to fix our washing machine

We are looking for someone who is reliable and reasonable to fix our washing machine which is currently flooding water from the bottom. Need someone who is knowledgeable in washing machines and is able to fix it. A new pump is presumably needed but a full assessment will determine if that is the problem.
