Art Therapy group for new mums

Through art-making and discussion, in a safe, non-judgemental space, women will be given an opportunity to explore their feelings, birth stories and changed senses of identity, boost their creativity and self-esteem and connect with a small group of other mothers who may be sharing similar experiences.

Any woman who feels she may benefit from this small, creative group is welcome.

Babies Welcome!

Participants do not need to have any previous experience or expertise in art.

Facilitated by Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) registered Art Therapist Ros Taylor

Groups run for 6 weeks and last 90 minutes each week

Start date: Friday 9th June 2017

Cost for 6 weeks: ?90 (Art Materials included)

Booking essential as places are limited.

And much as you may hate the present incarnation of so-called Labour, as do I, I don't think it is true that they have "not done a single positive thing for working class people", is it? And how exactly are you defining "working class people", anyway?

  I can’t bear the media “is this racist comment racist” angle taken to reporting it. I feel like she’s a useful out rider for Farage to test how far they can take their rhetoric - it’s not the first time she’s said things that cross over the line. Overt racism is becoming far more commonplace and it’s deeply concerning.

  Dear families, I am exploring the idea of starting a casual, low cost Mandarin club for children in the area.This would be a fun,play-based introduction to the language and culture for young learners. Before I organize anything, I wanted to see if there is any interest! If you might be interested, could you please reply to this post or PM with 1. Your child’s age. 2.What kind of format you’d prefer( A. weekly playgroup, B after-school club, C. weekend session) Even a simple”interested!” helps. This is just a preliminary survey. No commitment.
