Colwell Rd

I have a strong urge to address an issue that has been bothering me for the past few days. A house on Colwell Rd has recently been re-occupied and the new tennants do not fit in with the Dulwich way of life. Dulwich is being taken over by students that cannot appreciate what Dulwich has to offer.

How do we address this issue!

Are you saying they are noisy neighbours or they don't join in on your Bridge evenings?
