Handyman/painter decorator recommendations please

Hello

We have a couple of reasonable large pictures that need to be hung above fairly steep staircase. I guess the job will require special ladders or some kind of clever balancing act but I don't know much about these things!

We also need a kitchen sink to be replaced/fitted, sitting room painting and a few other odds jobs.

Can anyone recommend a reliable handyman to undertake the work? Would like to get quotes in the next couple of weeks.
