Lawn Doctor needed!

Our lawn is scrappy, threadbare and sad. We don't want artificial grass but we're at our wits' end! Need a lawn doctor who can bring it back to life and maintain it. Just the lawn. We tend the planting in the rest of the garden ourselves.
