Help needed! Looking for quotes for building work

Hi,

We're in the middle of buying a property in the area, and the survey has thrown up some issues that need urgent attention. We're looking to source quotes for work to fix the effects of damp on the outside of the property.

The jobs we need quotes for are:

1. hack off and replace defective wall render, and replace with suitable breathable render and paint;

2. brick and pointing repairs, masonry/overhang waterproofing;

3. repair and waterproof concrete steps above property entrance.

Do you have any recommendations for suitable contractors, or if you're a contractor, would you be able to quote on this kind of work?
