Best place locally to reproduce old photos?

I've got about three dozen old photos that I want to duplicate for an album I'm putting together, including some very precious old black-and-white family photos lent to me by relatives. I was going to take them along to Snappy Snaps in Peckham but not sure it's the best place to entrust precious originals. Anyone have any ideas where I should take them locally? Or anyone had any experiences of Snappy Snaps that might reassure me (or not)?

I had my old family pics reprinted and blown up at the print shop in Maxted Road , Bellenden. I had only borrowed the photos so needed them to go back intact, all well and good job done.

Personally, I'd avoid Snappy Snaps if I were you.

Ooooh, this is interesting! Do the pictures have to be of sound quality? I have a precious photo that was blown up to A4 size and laminated for me nearly 20 years ago now. As you can imagine it is now quite scrappy and has air bubbles etc. I've always assumed it wouldn't be fit for restoration. I don't think I can get hold of the original.

Can anyone tell me whether this is a potential or not?
