Looking for driver with car + tow bar

For quite a few trips in and outside of London this year, I am in need of a driver with a car + tow bar to tow a very light caravan.

The caravan is nearly empty inside, therefore very easy and light to transport.

  Is Underhill closed to the north or south of Barry? Can you access Barry from the Horniman end of Underhill or not?

  Noticeably quiet this morning, barely a plane in the sky above us yet very little wind (at ground level at least)
