Hi, we recently had our property renovated (loft, extension, electrics, plumbing, garden, etc etc). Our architect drew up the plans and he did it. As a favour I said I would recommend him on the forum. His name is Kelvin : 07531324639. Would be happy so show you some pics if you wanted to proceed with him or even show you round the house.

  Is Underhill closed to the north or south of Barry? Can you access Barry from the Horniman end of Underhill or not?
