2 day a week NANNY AVAILABLE from September

Recommended Posts

Hey Parents,

My names Natalia and I have been working as a sole care nanny for over 7 years, working with children aged 10 months-12 years old. I am starting a new position in Stockwell in September and have 2 days a week free (most likely Tuesday and Thursday) I have a current DBS check, paediatric first aid certificate, full clean uk driving licence (also have my own car) and am able to provide excellent references. I'm originally Brazilian (have the right to work in the uk) but was raised in America so English is my first language. In all my roles in addition to the main nursery duties I have also done light house work and cooked for not only the children but usually the whole family.

    • You have to use the right extinguisher for the type of fire - water/foam not to be used for live electrical fires for example. A quick Google says powder extinguishers can be used on the most different types of fire. In a public/commercial setting fire extinguishers have to be serviced every year. Not sure the recommendation for residential ones, but when you buy extinguishers and fire blankets check if there's an expiry date.
    • Thanks, yes I need the y piece for the water to go to IN both washing machine AND the dishwasher but the y piece doesn’t fit on the B yellow pipe…  I’m not worried about the waste pipe for now, I’m just concerned about the supply to get water in to both appliances
    • Not sure about the word “input” - do you mean outflow / waste ? Red figure A looks like the sink overflow. If B is the washing machine outflow then that’s where you want your Y fitting. ( assuming all above conjecture is correct). I’d put a cap on that chrome threaded dead connection too. Don’t just rely on the valve. It all looks a bit of a mess TBH 🫣.
