Renting out our flat in SE5, Advise and recommendation for any agency wanted

We are moving house to the Continent and therefore are planning to rent out our 2-bedroom-flat in SE5. Can anyone recommend any agency in particular or can give me some advise in general what to think about and how to do it. I am actually a bit clueless and overwhelmed by the thought of doing this. As we won't be in the country it has to be a very reliable solution and a company or individual who doesn't abuse the circumstance of us not being around to cause unreasonable costs in relation to maintenance etc.
