Mother and baby group recommendations please

Hi

I've seen quite a few local mother and baby groups advertised, I'm thinking to pop along with my little one ( 4 weeks old) however I feel word of mouth recommendations is always a good start. I'm a bit nervous, first time mum and all. Looking for small, friendly groups. Can anyone recommend a group they regularly attend?
