Camberwell Green - bikes today?

Just come through Camberwell Green. Couple of hundred kids/young adults on bikes gathered. Police prescience. Any one know why? Looked like bike life perhaps - but on push bikes rather than motorised.

Came through this way by bus on Saturday and was stuck on a bus for ages from Walworth Road through to Camberwell and saw this bike activity on the green and all around the immediate area. Not sure what it was but as you say hundreds of kids/young adults on push bikes (no helmets). I only saw a couple of Police on foot but it seemed a good atmosphere.
