We all have such busy lives and sometimes just need to take a moment to step back and relax. Our pregnancy wellness event will give you the opportunity to have some down time but also prepare you for labour and birth.

We have teamed up with local mother, doula and yoga instructor Lucy to bring you a session that nurtures your mind and body.

Event Thursday 6th July 7pm-8:30pm at tThe Lordship Pub, East Dulwich

-Aromatherapy for pregnancy and labour workshop with hand massages and take home aromatherapy oil blend.

-Hypnobirthing relaxation and visualisations

-A guided deep relaxation, Yoga Nidra

-Drinks and snacks after the session to give you the opportunity to meet and get to know local mum's to be and ask midwife Vicky any niggly questions you may have.
