Beautiful striped stair carpet and two runners

Less than four years old and in great condition. There's a small indentation where the loft ladder sits when extended and the hallway runners show more wear but otherwise looks like new. Only selling becuase we're having a loft extension built and will need to match the carpets on the two stairways. The carpet and underlay were ?750 new. Will sell for ?250, including the underlay.
