We are looking for a great local handyman / landscape gardener / builder to help us finish off our garden. We need new fences, a small area of decking to be laid and some new beds installed. Also a pair of posts for a hammock and a pergola to give some shade. Any recommendations are welcome, but we'd like the job done as soon as possible. Please PM me if you can help. Thanks, Anja

Hi Anja,

We've done plenty of decking work of all sizes, as well as bedding projects - please see the attached photo of one of our projects. This project used scaffold board on a large timber frame, but we can work with any wood.

We'd be excited to come out and quote you for this work.

If you're looking for a pre-made pergola, that's a fairly simple and fast job. If you want to discuss design of a custom one, we can also help with that.

We can also implant posts for the hammock.

Our website is still under construction, so please check out our details on our earlier forum post:

    • Another recommendation for Niko. Great communication, top guy, and super reliable and skilled - all at a fair price. Takes a lot of care in what he does and talks you through everything.
    • Some foxes are very tame. The foxes that live near the electricity sub-station thing on the corner of Calton and Woodwarde will happily walk up to you/passed you. They are some of the best looking foxes around so clearly being well-fed - glorious coats and bushy tails but interested in humans and keen to engage/be fed rather than being scared.
