Cambridge House are recruiting new trustees and they are keen to invite applications from residents in East Dulwich. Cambridge House is a wonderful multi-purpose community organisation working across Southwark. They provide a range of services in the community including advice, youth work, mental health advocacy and community development work. Cambridge graduates might be particularly interested in getting involved as there is a long and significant relationship between Cambridge colleges and CH which I know they are keen to further develop on the alumni front.

See http://www.ch1889.org/jobs.php for more info and the type of skills that they need trustees to have.

I was a trustee there for over 6 years so I am happy to give my view if that is useful. Just PM. It is a really interesting time to join them as they will open the new refurbished site in only a matter of months which will provide a great resource for the whole borough.

    • Yes, we have a Casio CT-S100 we no longer need, except I dont think we have the headphones any more. It has a USB connection. £50? https://www.argos.co.uk/product/7333639
    • Thank you! She is both spayed and microchipped, and reported missing on Petlog and with the vets.   She normally never goes out the front, certainly for never more than 10-15 minutes, so this is definitely new territory for her. There is lots of dense foliage across the road so there are plenty of places she could be hiding if she is spooked, so we are hoping she will come back when she is calm. The weather isn't helping, she never goes out in the rain. Thank you again!
    • Hi, Have you been letting her out the front door onto the street or would this be a first & therefore unfamiliar with the area? Does she respond to a name & is she spayed & microchipped? Our team carry scanners on our daily routes & will of course be looking our for her. I hope you are reunited with her soon. If not already, notify your street & surrounding streets (find out if they have Whatsapp groups) Dox will print & deliver free missing posters https://www.doxdirect.com/help/free-missing-pet-posters/ Call her at dusk & dawn when street & foot traffic is at its lowest.
