Looking for Nanny/ Childminder

Recommended Posts

Hello everyone,

This feels like a long shot and apologies in advance for the detail, but I'm looking for:

- a childminder/ nanny who is available:

- from 12:50pm until 6:10pm

- on Tues, Wed, Thurs OR Tues and Wed

- from mid-September 2017.

I am looking for someone who can pick my daughter (2.5yrs) up from Whitehouse Nursery (Norwood Road, near Tulse Hill) at 12:55pm and bring her back to our house on Valley Road, Streatham (approx 1 mile) (or possibly the childminder's house).

And then pick up my son (4.5yrs) from Hitherfield Primary School at 3:15pm and bring both children home to my house on Valley Road (or to the childminder's house where I can pick them up from).

Thank you in advance,

Cathryn

    • Of the two councillors, only one in that ward has ever responded to my emails or texts (for which I’m grateful, of course)….
    • Will she stay or will she go now? If she goes there will be trouble  If she stays it will be double  So come on Kier let us know know  https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2025/07/19/rachel-reeves-is-dragging-the-labour-party-down-starmer-uk/
    • Nice to see the property is going to reopen with a Newish business, good luck to them.
    • Of course they do, watching cookery shows and buying cook books is a national pastime. However you raise a good point that some people claim they are time poor and end up eating out / takeaways as sometimes a quick macciedee is cheaper and easier than making a quick nutrious family meal.  However to put it in balance, not many people have the knowledge, confidence and time to cook Persian so good luck to team persepolis on this venture.
