Need front path tiling and general tidy up of front garden - looking for recommendations

Hi I'm looking to get our front path and step tiled in black and white Victorian style tiles, path edged in rope border, weed matting put under the existing gravel and new slanting to go down under bin area. has anyone had something similar done and can provide recommendations?
