Came when another plumber could not unblock my drain. Prompt. Kept me in touch with when would arrive. Fixed problem, inexpensive. Came again for another drain blockage, analysed the problem, very honest about what he could and could not do then and gave estimate of costs of fixing full problem - root infestation - and helped with information about what my buildings insurance should cover.
